General terms and conditions of sale
The general conditions of sale and the particular conditions form a whole which forms integral part of the contract of sale and whose total acceptance is obligatory before the conclusion of any sale. The request for reservation involves the adhesion to the present conditions of sale and the complete acceptance and without reserve of their provisions.
Capacity: All hotel guests acknowledge that they have the capacity to enter into contracts, i.e. that they have reached the age of majority and are not under guardianship or curatorship.
Prices: Prices are in Euros.VAT is always included.The prices indicated only include the services strictly mentioned in the reservation.To the price mentioned in the reservation will be added, at the time of invoicing, the additional services provided by the hotelier during the stay and the tourist tax.The prices mentioned on the site are subject to change without notice and only the price indicated in the confirmation of reservation is contractual.
Terms of payment : The payment of all the services is done, during the stay, directly with the hotel.
Force Majeure: Force Majeure is any event external to the parties that is both unforeseeable and insurmountable and that prevents either the Client or the Hotel from fulfilling all or part of the obligations set forth in the contract, such as strikes, insurrections, riots, or prohibitions issued by governmental or public authorities.It is expressly agreed that force majeure suspends, for the parties, the performance of their mutual obligations and that each party shall bear the costs arising therefrom. The customers shall bear alone the additional costs that may be incurred to allow the continuation of the trip, following the occurrence of a case of force majeure.
Applicable law: Any dispute, claim or litigation relating to the terms and conditions of booking a stay are subject to French law.
Reservation conditions: In order to guarantee the reservation, the client is asked to
-Or the payment of a deposit by check respecting the amount and the reservation deadline indicated by the hotelier.
-Or the payment of a deposit by bank transfer or credit card for customers living abroad.
-If the time between the reservation and the stay is too short, to communicate to the hotelier the coordinates of his credit card for the payment of the deposit.
The reservation is firm and definitive only after receipt of the confirmation sent to the client by the hotel.
The payment of the balance of the stay will be done on the spot with the hotelier.
The client is asked to plan to arrive at the hotel between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. and to inform the hotel in case of late arrival. Rooms must be vacated before 11:00 a.m.
Any change in reservation reported to the hotel is firm and final only after receipt of the hotel's confirmation of this change.
For any reservation of 1 or 2 nights, 50% of the amount of the stay will be asked as a deposit to guarantee the reservation either by check or by credit card.
For any reservation of 3 or 4 nights, 30% of the amount of the stay will be asked as a deposit to guarantee the reservation either by check or by credit card.
For any reservation of 5 nights or more, 20% of the amount of the stay will be asked as a deposit to guarantee the reservation either by check or by credit card.
Cancellation policy :
-10 days or more before arrival, the deposit will be kept for another stay of an equivalent duration to be made before September 30th of the year N+1.
-Less than 10 days before arrival, the deposit paid will be retained as compensation.
In case of early departure, the totality of the reserved stay will be invoiced.
In case of no show, the deposit paid will be kept as compensation.
Animals: The client must inform the hotel of the presence of an animal at the time of reservation.Dogs are only accepted if their presence does not cause any inconvenience to the neighborhood (noise, hygiene, smell...).The client is asked to provide a cushion for his animal, which is not allowed to sleep on the bed.Dangerous animals, "new pets" and cats are not accepted.It is recommended that the client bring the animal's health record.It is forbidden to leave the hotel and leave the animal alone in the room.A supplement to be paid on the spot will be asked for the presence of your animal in the room.
